Join us to learn how Adam Jaspon of Centerline Builds went from House Hacking to New Construction and techniques he uses to identify new construction projects.
Centerline’s founder and CEO, Adam Jaspon, purchased his first rental property in 2013 and was instantly hooked. Adam now owns and manages over a dozen rental units. In 2015 he purchased a home in the Popes Hill area of Dorchester and fell in love with the neighborhood. Adam has moved from house hacking his first property to buying multi-family homes and condo converting to identifying and subdividing land for new construction projects.
Prior to forming Centerline, Adam worked as an engineering officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine. He holds a Chief Engineer’s License and earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering at The Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Construction related credentials include an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and a Home Improvement Contractor Certification, both from the State of Massachusetts.
With a mechanical background and extensive experience rehabbing properties, he brings a unique perspective to his development business. Adam strives to provide clients with first class service to make their experience seamless and pleasant. A firm believer that there is always room for improvement, Adam continues to learn and refine his process. He seeks to constantly evolve and grow as both a builder and a person. Adam lives in South Boston with his wife, daughter, and their golden retriever.
